A Title I Advisory Committee is composed of parents of participating students, school staff, and community, working cooperatively to increase student academic achievement. The majority of Title I members must be parents elected by parents. Committee members shall receive training so they may advise, and make written recommendations to SSC on the effectiveness of the school parent involvement policy, the school compact and applicable intervention programs in the school plan.
